One way to create a new habit is to pair it with something you already do.

I want to grow my business, give back to the community, do market research, meet more people in my community, share what I have learned, practice eating intentionally, and that is just to name a handful!

How do I plan to fit that all in to one day? By having lunch!

It’s something that is already part of my day, I need to eat anyway, so why not host a lunch Q&A with my community at The Holding Space?

So come have lunch with me! I’ll be there every Thursday from noon to one for the month of December and January. Kiddos are welcome. Bringing your own lunch is encouraged, and if you can, make a donation to the Holding Space while you’re there. Tea is provided.
