If you’re like me you just started this sentence three times and then erased.

OK, first sentence is done. Whew.

And you know what, it took about 20s to get started.

When you’re thinking about your goals when it comes to bettering your health, improving your fitness, leveling up your nutrition, it can be feel totally utterly not enough hyperbole overwhelming to do ALL THE THINGS you need to do.

 

Maybe you need to do all those things. Maybe not. What you do need to do is start. And all that takes is 20 seconds.

Twenty seconds to stare your progress on social media (which I just did with launching my business), twenty seconds to defrost something for dinner tonight, or twenty seconds worth of squats. Right now. Let’s do them.

 

I’ll wait.

 

Don’t wait to make a change. It’s scary, it’s overwhelming, it feels hard. That’s okay. Take it twenty seconds at a time, twenty seconds to start.
