Yes you can do it all! Even at once! Without stopping! But at some point you will need to take a break.

 

And let’s be real, it’s probably going to be a long one, because you put in a lot of effort.

You might be able to get up and do it all again tomorrow, but what about the day after that, or the day after that?

Doing a marathon study session on the computer, back to back strenuous workouts, cooking dish after dish. It became too much.

Once I did a chapter a day, a ten minute workout (or even ten pushups), and made one new meal a day, things became much more manageable.

 

Taking breaks is a skill. Take them early and take them often, then get back to work. Over time you might find you get more accomplished, you get stronger, you eat healthier, because you took that pause in your day.
